Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs

(Recipe Credit:  https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2018/07/23/fat-bombs-recipe-keto/ ) Total Time:  5m Yield:   Depends on shape made Ingredients 1/2 cup nut butter of choice, or coconut butter 1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder 1/4 cup melted  coconut oil stevia to taste, or 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice optional, I like to add 1/8 tsp salt Instructions Stir all ingredients together until smooth. If too dry (depending on nut butter used), add additional coconut oil if needed. Pour into a small container, ice cube trays, or candy molds. Freeze to set. Because coconut oil softens when warm, it’s best to store these in the freezer. Keto Cookies

Keto Cookies (Recipe Credit:  h ttps://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2018/10/08/keto-cookies-recipe/ ) Total Time:  10m Yield:   5 large or 10 small Ingredients 1 cup  finely ground almond flour 2-4 tbsp chocolate chips or  sugar free chocolate chips 2 tbsp powdered sugar or  powdered erythritol , OR stevia equivalent scant 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2-3 tsp milk of choice, as needed Instructions Preheat oven to 325 F. Stir dry ingredients  very  well (so you don’t end up biting into a clump of baking soda!). Add wet to form a dough. Shape into cookies – I used a cookie scoop to first form balls and then shape into cookies. Place on a cookie tray, and bake on the center rack 10-12 minutes. Let cool an additional 10 minutes before handling, as they are very delicate at first but firm up completely once cool. If you try them, be sure to leave a comment or rate the recipe below!
