Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tbsp Chia Seed
- 2 cup Coconut Milk
- 10 drops Stevia
- [Coating and Chicken] 1 Eggs
- [Coating and Chicken] 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
- [Coating and Chicken] 1 lbs Chicken Thighs
- [Coating and Chicken] 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- [Coating and Chicken] Salt
- [Coating and Chicken] Pepper
- [Sesame Sauce] 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- [Sesame Sauce] 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- [Sesame Sauce] 2 tbsp Sukrin Gold
- [Sesame Sauce] 1 tbsp Vinegar
- [Sesame Sauce] Ginger
- [Sesame Sauce] 1 clove Garlic
- [Sesame Sauce] 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- [Sesame Sauce] 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Combine egg with arrowroot powder or corn starch (whisk generously).
- Mix in chicken pieces and make sure to coat them all over.
- Heat up sesame seed oil and add chicken in a large sauce pan (be gentle when flipping the chicken so the breading doesn't fall off).
- While chicken is cooking, combine all ingredients for the sesame sauce and whisk together.
- When the chicken is cooked through, add the sesame sauce and stir together.
- After sauce has thickened, you are done.
- Add the chicken to a side of broccoli if you want.
